  • Custom Questions in Gravity Forms?

I'm migrating some of our payment and donation pages from FaaS to Gravity Forms using the integration plugin, and have some questions about getting some form submission info directly into our Salesforce instance.

It seems you can assign SKUs using hidden fields, but is there a way to integrate the C&P Custom Questions feature into Gravity Forms (equivalent to the FaaS options for FieldName and FieldValue)?

Obviously, we could just rely on Gravity Forms to collect this information, but I'd really like for it to automatically pipe into Salesforce and our receipts.

Blank page on form submission when C&P processing is enabled.

...and now that I've actually tried using the plugin, it's not working for me. I set up some test forms with a product, quantity, hidden SKU, and credit card payment. They seem to work in test mode if Click & Pledge processing isn't enabled for those forms (although no test mode receipts are generated, obviously; Gravity Forms submission works, and Gravity Forms notifications include the last 4 digits of the submitted test card.). However, turning on Click & Pledge processing for these forms results in a blank page when the form is submitted, regardless of confirmation behavior; no transactions are posted to Click & Pledge and no submissions are recorded in Gravity Forms.

In an effort to troubleshoot, I updated to Gravity Forms 1.8.22, and this caused the broken dashboard issue noted by user wiredimpact below. I assume this was caused by the return to the stock version of Gravity Form's js.php, but I've disabled everything and am going back to using FaaS for now.

Can you confirm that the integration plugin should work with the current version of Gravity Forms? And is there a plan to resolve the issue where users are unable to update Gravity Forms without breaking the Wordpress dashboard?

This link isn't working for me. For my client, I would like to pass a value into a field on the opportunity. Is there a way to do this, with custom questions or otherwise?

          Thanks,
          Kristin
