Good day!
We reposted the data and it all worked. We also enabled the Maintenance since the self-healing feature will fix these issues.
We also deleted all the legacy tabs that were there from previous versions.
If you see other errors please let us know.Regards,

Hello C&P Support,
We received error messages this morning for transactions that were submitted several years ago. I'm concerned that by enabling the Maintenance feature, transactions were pushed through from a long time ago. We also had a donor report that they randomly received a thank you email. Can you confirm whether enabling Maintenance would have caused this problem? Here's an example transaction that was pushed through today: https://na18.salesforce.com/a0j12000001GbTo

Good day!
Maintenance has reviewed all error cases and reposted and fixed the issues. Unfortunately that means if an Autoresponder was set to go it has gone out.
This can only happen if when the error had occurred it was not fixed but manually handled. The C&P Data in the system showing error triggers the self-healing and that resolves all issues.
Sorry if that has caused inconvenience. It is the self-healing doing its job and it was enabled to resolve 100+ errors you had with validation rules that were fixed.
If there is anything we can do to help let us know.Regards,

Oh No!
The transaction did NOT post to the gateway. It just is in Salesforce.
The Autoresponder has fired since the transaction posted in Salesforce to fix the issue. There are NO double charge. Nothing has charged.Regards,

Good day!
You may add a field to C&P Data view (column) and show the previous message. There are 2 messages with each posted data. The "Message" and the "Previous Message".
If all works fine the "Message" will show success. If the previous state was error the "Previous Message" shows the error message.
hope that helps.Regards,

Katie,
This issue was also discussed in the HUB and I will post it here for reference.
In the instance we still see issues but they are related to the NPSP 2.x installation. The issue has been fixed by Salesforce.org in NPSP 3.x. Please see:
The error has to do with how NPSP 2.x handles the rollup.
If you still encounter any issues after upgrading to NPSP 3.x please let us know.Regards,
