Donations are not being processed after making some updates to the Gravity form.

I made some updates to fields in the form, and suddenly the form is throwing errors. Namely in the credit card field, once a user hits submit after filling out the form correctly, they get an error saying to fill out the first and last name, even if they have done that. I tried making a duplicate of the form and using that instead. It seemed to work momentarily, but has since broken and transactions are not being processed and aren't showing up in Click&Pledge. Any guidance on how to fix this?

Your account is OK as the recurring transactions are being processed. I am referring to account # 28295

The last transaction outside recurring was on 2/25/2016.

Based on what you are describing something is not set right in the Gravity Form and it is best if we review your settings, installation, and all else.
