Click&Pledge wordpress plugin not working after updating some existing form fields.

Hello, we've suddenly realized that donations through our gravity forms are not fully posting to our Click&Pledge account and payments are not going through. The break seemed to happen after we made updates to the form that we created and linked through the Click&Pledge plugin. When a user fills out the form, there is an error message that appears upon submit prompting them to fill out the first and last name in the Credit Card area, even though they've already filled that out. How to fix?
