We are having an issue with permissions within the Gravity Form/C&P/Salesforce setup. We recently received a donation and got the following error:


"Insert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: INSUFFICIENT_ACCESS_ON_CROSS_REFERENCE_ENTITY, insufficient access rights on cross-reference id: []"

Do you know what might have cause this? Thanks.
