I'm all setup, testing in production mode but after submitting the form, it churns for a really long time and then returns either a 502 bad gateway or 504 gateway timeout. Not seeing any PHP errors - I'm stumped and really need to get this going if someone can assist. Thanks you!

Since you posted this to the GravityForms I am assuming this is a GF issue. In GF it simply means the URL to C&P is not set up right.
We can help you by reviewing your settings. Please go to http://help.clickandpledge.com and submit a support ticket with your account login information. We need the information to login and determine the setting issue. Without logging in we will not be able to know what is wrong.
