Feature Suggestion: Gravity Form option to hide # of installments for donor

Feature suggestion: When a donor wishes to make a donation recurring, they are given the option to chose to make the installment recurring, how often and the # of installments. If I chose from the backend that the installments are only monthly and I chose to allow indefinite #of installments, then hide (to the donor) the option to chose the # of installments.

This is the main thing holding me back from using Gravity Forms. If this update was made I would start using it right away as my general donation form.

I would also like to confirm that the recurring receipt from the C&P Portal will fire every month. Is there a way to test that without waiting a minimum of a week for the donation to reoccur?

Also, I am not using my gravity form yet but my views in the WP settings show over 1800. Does the form settings pick up google crawlers? Where would these views be coming from?

Do I need to do anything different with an update than I would for a new install so that non of my setting or data is overwritten or lost?

This is an old post from 2014, but I'm not seeing the ability to hide the # of installments. Did something change more recently?

We basically only want to offer indefinite recurring donation option.

Please advise how to do this.
