Pushing Gravity Forms Entries through C&P

We fixed your issue. The following summarizes the problem:




The conditional payment works with the following 3 texts - please note that we are hacking GravityForm to do what it is not designed to do. A number of hacks are a bit strict:

• payment method
• select payment type
• select payment method

Any of the 3 options listed will work. We changed the text and it should work now.

Please test it and let us know if you still have problem.

How can I test to make sure it is working now? When I try to run a test transaction it doesn't work.

No- GravityForm <> Click & Pledge integration is real-time. When a form posts to Click & Pledge it is in real-time meaning nothing saved posts to us. This is to ensure people do not use credit card information, etc. and then post to us. We need to ensure we are only dealing with live data and not saved data.

At this time if data is not posted to us in real-time it cannot post to us.

All the info is sitting in Gravity Forms. Is there not a way to push it to Click and Pledge?

Unfortunately if your transactions did NOT post to Click & Pledge then we cannot push them to Salesforce. GravityForm is not connected to Salesforce independently - it is connected through us.

The only solution is to enter the transactions manually through the Salesforce Virtual Terminal using the Custom Payment Type. Custom Payment Type allows you to enter values in Salesforce without processing the payment.

The transactions do not appear in Click and Pledge, I went through that process and checked for the transactions and verified that the systems are connected.

If a transaction is not in Salesforce & is in GravityForm then it is in Click & Pledge. When a transaction posts to C&P we post it to Salesforce. If your Salesforce is not connected then we cannot push it to Salesforce. Please note that GF does not post to Salesforce it is C&P that posts to Salesforce.

If you are missing transactions that are in GF and not in Salesforce then go to Connect and follow the instructions I sent earlier. Through Connect you can push them back to Salesforce.

No. I was asking about Gravity Forms C&P Plug-in for our Wordpress site.

I have transactions sitting in Gravity forms that have not been processed through C&P and, therefore, into Salesforce.

It should. Are you asking how to push the data that was not posted to Salesforce back to Salesforce? If you are missing transactions in Salesforce then you can push it back to Salesforce.

I'm not sure if this is possible.

I realized that the C&P feed was deleted from one of the Gravity Forms that was accepting donations.

There have been three donations that were "submitted" through the site, but do not appear is C&P (obviously because the feed was deleted).

Is there a way to push this info that is sitting in Gravity Forms to Click and Pledge? Please let me know.
