  • Click and Pledge Plugin Stopped Working

    Hi - our site was attacked in the vulnerability that was exposed in a previous version of Gravity Forms. Our click and pledge integration stopped working right around the same time that the attacks started, so I am assuming my problem is related. I have done everything that Gravity Forms suggested, and updated to the latest Click and Pledge plugin. But I still cannot get the plugin to work.

    When you hit submit, the page just goes to a blank page, nothing is sent to clickandpledge. I am getting a 200 back from the server and no errors that I can see are being logged. If I disconnect the plugin, the form goes to the confirmation page.
    I am running Version 1.9.11 of Gravity Forms and Version 2.100.008 of Click and Pledge.

    This exact same setup is working on a different server, but not on the one that was hacked. I'm wondering if there is anyone out there has had a similar experience, and how did you recover from it? Or if you have any other troubleshooting advice for me?

    Please visit http://help.clickandpledge.com and submit the following information: Do NOT submit this in the forum as this is a public forum.

    - WordPress login access
    - FTP access to your instance

    We need to have a developer login to your instance and determine the root cause. It could be a setting or bad installation.

    Once we have the information we will proceed with the review.

      I also am experiencing problems with the latest Click & Pledge plugin upgrade and it has stopped working.

        Please send your login information to http://help.clickandpledge.com by submitting a ticket. We will login and fix it for you once we determine the root cause of the issue.

          I have submitted a support request to C&P and to the plugin developers... hope to receive a response ASAP.
          The Gravity Forms C&P plugin is no longer compatible with the Gravity Forms plugin. I cannot activate both at the same time without the Wordpress white screen of death, even on a cleaon WP install and default theme with no other plugins.

                  Sorry for the trouble. All 3rd party applications are supported through the forum only. Depending on the problem we need different access so we can help you with the issue. Our support department does not support the 3rd party integration. Since you have an issue with the module we need to access your account and resolve the installation issues.

                      Had you posted your Userid, Password, and full FTP access to your account in the original email?

                        Good day @CFMarketing,

                        Our team has upgraded your instance and now it should work.

                        You had an older version installed that had that problem.

                        Sorry for the inconvenience. Please post all your 3rd party integration questions to the forum as developers interact with the forum and our support department is not involved with third party apps.
