    Ah perfect, I didn't realize there was code in the universal header - deleting it fixed the issue. Thank you!

    PS: One of our developers reviewed your page and found that as per the view source, there is already one of the script file running under the head tag on line number 185. This head script is having a GUID of fe49a80e-4ff6-4a9e-b12f-eb64243bd9ae. The script is running on line 346 which has the GUID of c3c875f8-fe2c-4ef6-af58-f0ee38fac854?trk=EmailEOY19

    Either you need to remove this script on line 185, so let the below script (on 346) run with the new GUID or need to replace the GUID from the above script file (185) which is running under the head tag.

    Make sure, there should only be one script file running throughout the page.

    Please let us know if you need any more assistance.

    Good day @jackdunn

    May I ask that you clear your cache and let us know what you see?

    If that doesn't work, please submit a support ticket at http://help.clickandpledge.com with FTP and admin login details as well as the website URL so we can review your entire configuration. Include the link to this post in the ticket for reference.

    Please let us know when you have submitted the ticket. Do not post the requested information in this forum as this is a public forum.

    Embed code embedding the wrong donate form???

    Hi there,

    We use Wordpress for our nonprofit's website, and typically embed C&P donation forms. I just created new forms for our end-of-year campaign, and wanted to implement URL tracking. So I went to our "donate" page and amended the embed code from our standard donate form, to our new EOY form. Saved. But the page is still showing our standard form - donations coming in are coming through the standard one, and if I click "see code" on the page when I open it, it's still showing the code for the standard form. Even though I've input the code for the new EOY form in Wordpress and saved /multiple/ times now. I spoke with our website manager who is mystified and said she doesn't think it's an issue on Wordpress' end.

    Can you help me figure out why this is happening?

    The only thing I can think of that's changed recently is that we added the C&P/Wordpress plugin to use on our standard donate page. Does this prevent the embed code from working or something? (I can't use the plug-in for the EOY donations, because I want to use URL tracking which I was told isn't supported by the WP plugin yet)

    Here's the code I'm trying to embed:
    <div id="CnP_inlineform">
    <!--<script class="CnP_formloader" src="https://resources.connect.clickandpledge.com/Library/iframe-1.0.0.min.js?637100294487174023" data-guid="c3c875f8-fe2c-4ef6-af58-f0ee38fac854?trk=EmailEOY19"></script>
    </div>-->

    On this page: www.transgenderlawcenter.org/donate-em

    GUID of the standard form (that I'm trying to get rid of): fe49a80e-4ff6-4a9e-b12f-eb64243bd9ae
    GUID of the EOY form (that I'm trying to replace it with): c3c875f8-fe2c-4ef6-af58-f0ee38fac854

    Thanks so much!
