  • Error on Form Submission

    Hello,

With your earlier assistance (Case #13036), we got the payment processor module installed for CiviCRM 4.3.6 on Wordpress 3.6. Subsequently, we built out our membership form and secured it with SSL. However, in the one instance when our Chair tested it, she encountered the following error (screenshot below):

Payment Processor Error message 9099. Error: [2052: The 'urnAPISchema.xsd:AccountGuid' element is invalid - The value 'GUID' is invalid according to its datatype 'NormalizedString' - The actual length is less than the MinLength value.]

I'm not sure if this is a CiviCRM or a Click & Pledge issue, but I was wondering if you could take a look at it and help me out.

The page is located at https://46dems.org/membership-signup-or-renewal/

I have already filed a support ticket (Case #14734), which contains additional details, but for some reason, I was asked to post on the forum.

    Your assistance is appreciated!
    Chris

      Please check the GUID:

Follow: 'Administrator->System Settings->Payment Processors' and then 'API Account GUID'. Please refer the screen shot here http://manual.clickandpledge.com/Civ...ent_Processors.

If you still have issues please provide us with the FTP access to your account so we can review your settings & instance.

Thanks guys! I hadn't even thought to check the payment processor setup since you guys installed it for us, and didn't make any mention of needing to enter the account ID and GUID. I got it all set up, and it works like a charm!
