    It s a bit hard for us to debug your setting and figure out what is going on. Would you please send us your login information so we can login to your instance and review your setting.

    Please do NOT post the information to this forum since this is a public forum. Visit http://help.clickandpledge.com and submit a support ticket with the following information:

    - Reference to this forum post (URL)
    - Admin details: Admin userid & password
    - FTP access to your site's root

    Once we have the information we will review your installation and let you know what is going on.
