  • Civicrm - Wordpress - Trouble with Click and Pledge extension and payment processing

    Hello.

    I've been trying to get the extension to work with several installs. I cannot get the click and pledge extension to show up in my payment processor following the manual instructions to update the Resource URLs. I can however get the extension to show up if I update the Administrator->System Settings->Directories. I have then set up my payment processor information and created a contribution page.

    When I try to test my donation page and put credit card information in and click the contribution button, the confirmation page doesn't not load, it just gets stuck on trying to load. I have installed it multiple times trying to figure out what I am missing. I sometimes get DB error table does not exist after trying to make a donation.

    I have checked my permission settings on the following directory files:
    » files (777)
    » files>civicrm (777)
    » files>civicrm>extensions(777)
    » files>civicrm>com.clickandpledge.payment.clickandp ledge(755)
    » plugins>civicrm(777)

    Other things to note:
    » I am on a test site and the SSL is not currently set up on the test directory

    I'd love any guidance that you can give me. Thank you for your time.

      Good day Anna,

      We have reviewed your comments and have tried to duplicate the situation but can't quite find out what you have done that is causing the issue.

      Is it possible for you to give us FTP access with admin rights to your site so we can login and debug your installation? Please create a ticket in the help desk (http://help.clickandpledge.com) and refer to this forum post. Once we have the FTP access we will review the files and let you know what we find out.

            We tried to login to your account but could not. The host information is missing.

                Good day @ademetriades,

                You had the old release of our application (for CiviCRM 4.2) with the new release of CiviCRM 4.3.

                We have upgraded your instance and now your application should work.

                If you experience other problems please let us know so we can further review your setting. We could not test a transaction since CiviCRM implementation does not allow for test transactions.
