Error with Payment Processing

I am working with a client's web designer to set up C&P as the donation processor on their Drupal website. In trying to test the integration, I am seeing the following error -
Payment Processor Error message
9099: Error: [2052:The 'urn:APISchema.xsd:BillingFirstName' element is invalid - The value '' is invalid according to its datatype 'NormalizedString' - The actual length is less than the MinLength value.]


Just FYI, the system works fine with a Dummy Payment Processor.

Please help ASAP!
