  • Payment Processor Error

    Hi CnP Support,

When testing the Click and Pledge payment processor with a recurring payment, the following error appears:
    -----
Notice: Undefined index: installments in com_clickandpledge_payment_clickandpledge->buildXML() (line 807 of /home/harlempride/www/www/sites/default/files/civicrm/extensions/com.clickandpledge.payment.clickandpledge/clickandpledge.php).
Notice: Undefined index: installments in com_clickandpledge_payment_clickandpledge->buildXML() (line 822 of /home/harlempride/www/www/sites/default/files/civicrm/extensions/com.clickandpledge.payment.clickandpledge/clickandpledge
    -----

I don't know what it means. It does seem that the payment was completed. I see it in Salesforce as a recurring transaction. I was using the "Test Contribution Page".

    Thanks,
    Neely

    Hi Neely,

The error makes no sense - would you please grant us access and let us see your instance. Seems like a custom trigger is blocking something we are doing.

Once we have access we can review it and come up with a solution.

    How to grant access: http://forums.clickandpledge.com/showthread.php?t=1065

This is in my Drupal/CiviCRM install, not my Salesforce instance. Should I email support my admin login info and ftp info? Gave access for a month via Salesforce anyway.

      Thanks!

            Good day Neely,

We found the issue and fixed it for you. The issue had nothing to do with processing payment and all were processed and posted successfully. The issue was related to certain conditions with recurring transactions.

The issue has been fixed in your instance and resolved. We also updated GitHub to ensure it does not happen with others as well.

Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.
