The service has been working properly for a couple of years but stopped syncing a few months ago. Support from DTD isn't much help. Can you please check to see if my account is setup properly? Our account number: 29220 Archangel Ancient Tree Archive. Thanks.

We reviewed and the integration seems to be good in CONNECT. Not syncing at DTD? Have you enabled the DTD in CONNECT > Campaign Details > Third Party?
