Issues with the Zoom Integration

Hi,

I am Elanor Brand with the High Water Women Foundation, (28241). I have made sure my campaigns Female Founders and Female Founders Copy are linked to a webinar. I have attached receipts which should have the webinar information appear on them. When they send they do not include the webinar information. What do I need to do to correct this?

Sorry for the delay. We reviewed and noticed that you have added the below custom question outside of the C&P Connect portal which is why the Webinar information is not included in the receipt. It looks like you have added that question in the Zoom interface.

You have custom question "Organization" added in Zoom interface which is "Required". Would you please remove the "Required" for the "Organization" question and let us know if that works?
