  • Temporary Accounts

    Since migrating to the Double the Donation 360Match Pro, a temporary account has been created for every transaction taking place (even recurring transactions established before the migration). It lists the company name as the domain of the email being entered (see attached).

    C&P needs to be updated, I'm not sure if that is the issue.

    Salesforce ID is 00D41000000em4a
    And login access has been granted for 1 week.

      I updated the post with an attachment. Here it is again. Also, I realized they are not just virtual terminal transactions, but ALL transactions, including recurring payments set up before the migration.

        Ah, it is the new feature of DTD. Please note that in case of not selected the DTD company name then it creates with the domain of the email address.

            As of now, we don't have an option to turned it off but I have forwarded it to our developers and hopefully, it will be resolved in the next release.
