  • Click & Pledge with Little Green Light

Has anyone successfully created an integration between Click & Pledge and Little Green Light? We'd like to link our donations coming from Click & Pledge with our donor database. Trying to see if this would be possible--we may switch to a different payment platform if not.

We are not currently integrated with Little Green Light, and are actually unfamiliar with it. How did One World Now become familiar with them, and what sold you on their platform?

We integrate with both Salesforce and CiviCRM, but as a former Salesforce Admin (so I'm a little biased), I would say Salesforce is the most common Donor Management platform we see. It's certainly the platform we are most deeply integrated with.

Please share your experience with us, we'll be glad to consider Little Green Light.

    Regards,
    Click & Pledge Support Department

Thanks for your reply. We're a very small nonprofit so Salesforce isn't really worth it for us, in terms of cost and the staff time needed to manage it. Though less powerful than Salesforce, Little Green Light is cheaper and simpler.

Thank you for sharing the info with us. We will gladly consider Little Green Light but as stated we have never had a request for it.

As for Salesforce, please note that Salesforce is free for all nonprofits for 10 users.

Let us know if we can be of more assistance.

Our team has reviewed the app & at this time we do not have any clients using them. We will gladly consider them if they contact us and request integration. There are a lot of CRM's out there and it is practically impossible to integrate with all of them to the degree that we like to be embedded. For example our platform on Salesforce is in its 10th release now with over 20 years of development.

Just something to keep in mind, Salesforce may be set up in 10 minutes and be used in its most simple form. It is like Excel - one may use it for simple spreadsheet or just spent a ton of time in customization or development. We understand Salesforce is not for everyone but you may wish to consider using them for free.. that will also save you money.

Going back to your original question, we have decided against integration at this time with this CRM due to their size and platform and our internal available resources to allocate to this project.

Sorry for the inconvenience. If you wish to check Salesforce please let us know and our team can provide you with a demo. Again, as we have said before, it is totally free.
