    We have upgraded your Salesforce instance with the latest versions of our apps.

    It is highly recommended that you login to the Connect & re-establish the connection. You may see that your account is already connected but this does not mean the new information has posted to Salesforce.

    Sorry for the inconvenience but that issue has not yet been addressed. The reported issue is related to Salesforce integration and the update we just did is in CONNECT.

    Mailchimp API has changed to a version that our Salesforce platform does not yet support. The issue is Salesforce API for Mailchimp has to be updated. Our team is currently investigating the time it will take to update that integration and if it can make it in the next update in Salesforce, scheduled for the first week of December. We will know by next week if the update can make it to the Salesforce release.

    if the updated API does not make it to the official release, we will have a beta release that will have the update. The team is currently actively working on it.

  • Mailchimp Audience/C&P Bradcaster Email Sync

    After creating an audience(List?) in Mailchimp with a single subscriber, it would not Sync with the C&P Broadcaster Email List in Salesforce.
