SMSgiving not sending response messages

Hello,

I followed all the steps in the tutorial for setting up SMSgiving and when I tested the feature (by texting our code to the number), I did not receive a message in response. I checked Twilio and our number did receive the test messages, but no messages were sent in response. I have set up both a Matching Message and a No Match Message.

Is there something I can do to fix this?

We reviewed your account and found NO issues. We have scanned the QR code from Matching Messages and sent a message with 44 as you defined in settings and we received the links.



Please test it again and let us know if you find any issues.
