Hi, We used double the donation for a year for free but have not gotten any donations through it that I know of. I would like to cancel it before it renews. How do I do that? I turned it off in the 3rd party apps in Connect. I have emailed Double the Donation Support team. Is there anything else I need to do to avoid this charge?

Your charge is in regards to your Double the Donation Account; Click & Pledge only offers an integration. You would need to follow their procedure to close the DD account.
