I am getting intermittent "Error 11200 - HTTP retrieval error": when someone responds to an SMS text from Twilio. Sometimes it works fine, but other times it fails. When the error happens, the SMS Autoresponder doesn't work. I used the Messaging Services configurations. Any ideas what I can change? Should I uninstall Messaging Services and install one of the other apps? Thank you

I'm sorry, but that does not answer my question. I already read this article from Twilio. It says that the problem could be a web server. However, the web address is my SF site, which has not experienced any interruptions. I experienced this error at the same time I was using Salesforce without any problems. It is happening 50% of the time. I believe there is a problem with the Autoresponder setup. My question is if one of the other options besides Messaging Services would be more reliable. I have granted one week access for SF org ID 00Di0000000eL4T. I've attached the screenshots, it's difficult to see the whole URL, but it is: http://hkidsf.force.com/default/CnP_...nP_SMS_Handler
I originally configured with Messaging Services, since it had problems I deleted that and I'm now configured with TwiML App.Comment

Sorry that we have missed this post.
We noticed that you have used the non-secure URL in Request URL. Would you please change those URLs as below and check:
Request URL : secure
FallBack URL : non-secure
However, this is all depends on the server availability. Sometimes it will take time to load when server is busy.

I tested with the Secure URL listed first; I did not get an autorespond message via text, but my message was logged in SF. However, there was an error generated twice in Twilio (once for each site). I get the most consistent results using the non-secure URL in both the primary and backup using the Webhooks/TwiML application. Is there a way to change the Twilio timeout?Comment
