    Good day @Mark Stark

We are testing it thoroughly in our test instances with all possible scenarios but until now we unable to replicate the issue. We will continue the testing and will update the post once we able to replicate the issue.

Yes, we can see the images now but we don't have access to your Salesforce account. Please grant us access so that we can review your instance now.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

    Good day @Mark Stark

Sorry but the images you have provided is PNG and this forum does not show it in full scale. I only see a thumbnail. Would you please post this as a JPG so we can review?

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Here are the log details. I already tried to increase the timeout; it is 15 seconds and Twilio says they cannot increase the time.

    Good day @Mark Stark

Would you please share the Log details of Twilio so that we can review? Please remove the Phone numbers from the Log before sharing here.

However, you may need to contact Twilio support to see if they can help with changing the timeout.

I tested with the Secure URL listed first; I did not get an autorespond message via text, but my message was logged in SF. However, there was an error generated twice in Twilio (once for each site). I get the most consistent results using the non-secure URL in both the primary and backup using the Webhooks/TwiML application. Is there a way to change the Twilio timeout?

I'm sorry, what is the "secure" vs. "non-secure" URL?

    Good day @Mark Stark

Sorry that we have missed this post.

We noticed that you have used the non-secure URL in Request URL. Would you please change those URLs as below and check:

    Request URL : secure
    FallBack URL : non-secure

However, this is all depends on the server availability. Sometimes it will take time to load when server is busy.

Please check and let us know if that resolves the issue.

Is there any other information you need? The URL is http://hkidsf.force.com/default/CnP_...nP_SMS_Handler. It got truncated in the post above. Thank you

I have granted one week access for SF org ID 00Di0000000eL4T. I've attached the screenshots, it's difficult to see the whole URL, but it is: http://hkidsf.force.com/default/CnP_...nP_SMS_Handler

I originally configured with Messaging Services, since it had problems I deleted that and I'm now configured with TwiML App.

I'm sorry, but that does not answer my question. I already read this article from Twilio. It says that the problem could be a web server. However, the web address is my SF site, which has not experienced any interruptions. I experienced this error at the same time I was using Salesforce without any problems. It is happening 50% of the time. I believe there is a problem with the Autoresponder setup. My question is if one of the other options besides Messaging Services would be more reliable. Thank you
