        This is not an update of the app but connection issue.

        Have you tried logging to Connect & establishing connection?

          Yes, we have done that for the past few days and hit update. It says connected but it is still giving errors.

            We have upgraded your instance with latest API Class Library ver# 4.4000. May I ask you to re-establish the connection now and see if you receive any error notification email?

                  Hello!

                  This is Joel with the YMCA at Virginia Tech! I received another one of these emails yesterday at 2pm. I've since reconnected all 3 of our accounts, but I'm a little concerned that it keeps happening. Is there anything on our end that could be contributing to these disrupted connections?

                  Allen Qiu, one of the members of the Y's IT staff , will continue to monitor the situation and report if we experience anymore issues.

                    We reviewed your instance and found there are some transactions which didn't posted to your Salesforce instance and that might be the reason you received the above email. It seems that those are ones which has been processed when there was no connection. However, we have posted those transactions to your Salesforce instance.

                    Moving forward if you see any issues, please let us know.
