  • Donations not posting to Salesforce

    You helped with the Click & Pledge upgrade this past week. I thought all was working well but it seems that our Click & Pledge donations aren't posting to Salesforce. We had 3 donations - 2 on Wed. 10/12 and 1 on Thurs 10/13 and they are not showing up in Salesforce. Is there something that I still need to do after the upgrade?

    I've granted C&P support access for one week and our Org ID is 00DE0000000dJ2q.

            Sorry I deleted the previous post as I was looking at the wrong account. Your account is not over the storage and storage is only 4%.

            The error I see with your account is an invalid token.

            Please go back to the connection and connect the account again. This requires clicking on the verify and being redirected to Salesforce.. the complete round trip for OAuth.

            The invalid token means the account's connection to Salesforce is not up-to-date. Let me know when you have done this so we review the error'd post and push it again.
