    Man, have I been bragging on you all. Kudos...and happy new year.

    I have two questions from today's conversation:

    1. In the configuration manual, it talks about configuring with Mail Chimp. Does C&P also integrate with Virutal Response? If not, is this something that might be available in the future?
    2. Is there a configuration manual for C&P Connect...or even an updated one?

    Thank you for your vote of confidence.

    As for integration with "Virtual Response" -- if by "Virtual Response" you mean "Vertical Response" then the answer is no. When we first explored the possibility they wanted us to pay them something like $5000/client/year for integration which would have resulted to ~$10M a year. We found that a bit unreasonable and frankly still do!

    The configuration is really based on what you want to do. In the help desk there are a ton of articles about Connect -

    The configuration is simply a matter of campaigns. If you let me know what you are trying to do I can guide you through it.
