Release 1.4: Addition of MailChimp as a newsletter provider

New Features:

• ThirdParty node: Addition of MailChimp to the third party eNewsletter providers. The behavior is similar to the ConstantContact integration. UserID and password are passed to the API in addition to the name of the lists for subscription. Read more: Third Party Nodes

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed the SendReceipt node. Due to a bug receipts were being sent even when the node was missing.
