IE 10 Compatibility Update

The following platforms are updated to comply with the latest changes in IE 10 (Preview) and Windows 8.
Payment Platform including checkout pages and donation forms: Release P.x.20130104.3.065.000.000.001.127

Administrative portal: Portal.x.20130102.3.084.000.000.000.205
The portal also includes an update to the Swiper1 connection with Salesforce. A recent change with Salesforce created an issue with OAuth feature of Swiper1. This update fixes the authorization problem.
