Release 5.6: Campaign auto-complete and VT parameter update

New Features:

• The CampaignID field in C&P Settings > Object Settings tab allows for auto-complete ID lookup based on the campaign name.
• Roll-up: Version 5.x records the application name for all transactions posted to the C&P Data. The Roll-up updates all prior transactions to include the application name. This roll-up is needed for the upcoming Report 2.0 application to be released in November 2012.

Bug Fixes:

• Record Type in the C&P Settings area allows for addition of multiple Record Types
• Virtual Terminal button in the Contact record works for contacts with no prior transactions. The button was returning an error if no transactions and credit card were recorded for a contact.

Behavior Changes:

• Virtual Terminal dynamic setting through URL parameters match the behavior in 4.x Virtual Terminal. A few parameters were missing from the list and are added in this version.
• Opportunity Record Types listing is increased to 20 from the previous limit of 10.
