Release 3.77 and 3.64: Addition of Total Tax Deduction to the Receipt

New Feature:
Addition of total tax deductible portion to the receipt. Prior to this release tax deductible portion for each item was listed in the receipt and not the total of all items. Based on customer request the Grand Total is also now available as part of the receipt.
