New Features:

• Country & US-States Restrictions: Customize the list of countries and in case of US the states that are listed in the country and state pull down menu in the checkout pages. By customizing the pull down menus, donations & payments will be restricted for the countries and states that are removed from the list. Bug Fixes:

• Under certain conditions recurring transactions which were set up in the administrative system for 2 weeks intervals were being processed after 1 week. The bug has been fixed in release 3.8.
