New Feature(s):
Decline Reason: Addition of a new parameter to custom reports for credit card decline reason as reported by the issuing bank. The information provided is the exact response from the issuing bank.

QR PayCard variables: Using the wildcard provided the name of the card holder may now be used in the notes & description boxes. The wildcard will be replaced with the actual name prior to emailing the QR PayCard.
