FaaS Release 1.28: Addition of Convenience Fee

New Features:
Two new nodes are added for Convenience Fee. Qualified merchants may add a convenience fee to transactions. The following 2 nodes may be used as hidden fields:

ConvenienceFeeRate

ConvenienceFeeFixed
