Moving forward our Live Support Schedule will be:
  • Monday-Thursday 3:00 - 3:30 PM ET.
During Live Support, we screen share, discuss issues, and answer questions regarding all of our products, and any issues that require additional attention or collaboration from other teams will be logged as support tickets marked for follow-up. We close the room at 3:30 p.m. ET but stay online to answer all questions from all that have joined before 3:30 p.m. Bring your questions or just join to learn from others.
