Release 1.29: Editor update and minor feature updates

New Features:

• Tax deductible portion: Each level may be setup with a different tax deductible portion.
• Layout background image: Background images may be added for each page layout.

Bug Fixes / Feature Updates:

• Editor: An issue with editors not showing up in some Salesforce instances is resolved.
• Fonts: Fonts that were not supported by a some browsers are removed. Editors now support 3 fonts: Verdana, Tahoma, and Arial
