Release 3.59: Integration with Moneris Gateway and updated newsletter integration

New Features:

Integration with Moneris gateway for Canadian clients. Through this integration the US pricing will be extended to all Canadian clients.

Updated Features:

Updated ConstantContact integration to match the new released API

Updated MailChimp integration to match the new API Key requirement. All clients need to update their accounts immediately to continue taking advantage of the integration. MailChimp requires API Keys to be issued and used for each remote integration.
