User permission for Mobile Site and Virtual Terminal Lookup

New Features:

• Addition of 3 new permissions for users:
  • Virtual Terminal donor look-up: A user's permission to the virtual terminal may be limited to processing transactions and not being able to look-up existing donors.
  • Salesforce Virtual Terminal donor look-up: In Salesforce virtual terminal a user may be limited to processing transactions and not being able to look-up existing donors.
  • Mobile Sites: Users permission limits a user from having access to setting up, editing, and managing the mobile site.

The above permission limitations are added based on requests from volunteer based organizations.
