    Dear Causes,

    With the ongoing spread of COVID-19, our team is preparing for the new challenges arising. This pandemic will require a new level of collaboration from our communities, families, and businesses. With all the chaos, we want to ensure you that we will do our part and will support our Causes any way we can. We truly believe that together we will overcome this obstacle and grow as a global community throughout the process. One simple idea from all this may be that the world is smaller than we think and we are more connected than we have come to believe.

    Our Causes

    We understand there may be concerns about our support and service availability during the coming months, and we want to ensure it is a priority of ours to stay fully operating. We are taking the necessary steps to avoid disruptions and complications during this time. Our support team, forums, and all aspects of business and operation will continue as normal.

    We will also be extending our live support hours to include Fridays, starting in April. Our goal is to be proactive and always available to help each of our Causes unique situations.

    We will continue to monitor the situation and will update our Causes if any changes in our operations are necessary. Everyone stay safe and please take precautions recommended by the CDC and the World Health Organization.

    Support for Employees

    As always, a top priority of ours is our Employees. They are essential to our business continuity and we are doing all we can to support them during this time. Fortunately, as a cloud-based company, our entire team has the ability to work remotely. Currently our entire team is working from home…

    As we transition employees to working remotely, we have also waived all vacation and PTO limits to reassure our employees to take time for preparation and caring of loved ones.

    Our Communities

    We currently have employees throughout the US, India, and Europe. With connections to multiple communities, we are encouraging employees to practice social distancing and avoid unnecessary travel. We have also rescheduled in-person demo’s to be attended virtually and will not be attending events until it can be done safely.
