As the major component of its Trio 3.3 software release, Click & Pledge is pleased to announce that effective immediately, your organization's name will appear on the patrons’ credit card statement.
Organizations’ Name Now On Credit Card Statements
As the major component of its Trio 3.3 software release, Click & Pledge is pleased to announce that effective immediately, your organization's name will appear on the patrons’ credit card statement.
In recent years, it has been customary for “ClickandPledge.com” to appear on donors credit card statements if customers were using our “In-house” merchant bank services. This practice, at times, caused confusion for patrons.
Trio 3.3 resolves the problem. Now, your organization name will appear on the credit card statement. For example, (ChicagoAreaYMCA). This example is simply the first 15 characters of the account name; you may designate up to a maximum of 20 characters, with special characters removed.
Click & Pledge will automatically default to your organization’s name that will appear on credit card statements (up to 20 characters). However, you opt to revise the listing by following the steps below:
All transactions after the update will reflect the new name as entered.

- Login to the administrative system: Click here
- Click on Account Info
- Click on EDIT next to the field labeled: “Credit card statement name”
- Enter the name as it should appear on the credit card statement. Do not use any special characters, e.g. [email protected]#$%^&*()_+=-\][{}|’”;:/?. Use only letters and numbers.
All transactions after the update will reflect the new name as entered.
