Checkout all the new features offered by the latest update. 3.1 offers customers more control over their Trio payment system.
New Features:
- Multi-line custom question: A new custom question response type was added which will allow the patron to enter their information in a multi-line text box format. [read more]
- Customizable recurring policy: Recurring policies may be customized for each checkout page allowing for offering one or all available periods. The default periods are: 2 weeks, monthly, every two months, quarterly, and annually. The period may be limited to a set number of periods, e.g. 4, 10, 12, or any other period. A deadline may also be added so that no recurring transaction will process beyond the deadline that you set. [read more]
- Auto-Settlement- for merchant accounts ONLY: Enabling the auto-settlement feature will settle all transactions at 11:00 p.m., based on the organization’s time zone. The default setting is set for manual settlement. Manual settlement is recommended since it minimizes settling of payments made by mistake. [read more]
- Checkout Pages:
- Postal/zip code is no longer mandatory on any of the checkout pages since it is not used in some countries.
- Administrative System:
- Process manual transactions: Existing patrons are no longer shown in a pull down menu. The pull down menu has been changed to a simple text box where the last name may be entered. After the third letter, the system will retrieve all last names that match the first three letters typed and will further narrow the listing once more letters are entered.
