Connect Update: Social Messages On-Off and Salesforce Connect Enhancement

New Features:

• Campaign > Forms > Thank you Message: Addition of Show/Hide for the social messages. Now you may hide the share icons for individual donation forms.
• Salesforce Connection: Account nickname will post as the Account name in Salesforce. In prior releases, the account name was customizable in Salesforce but with the latest release we are posting the nickname and no longer allowing it be customized in Salesforce. This feature is to enhance the usability and reduce any confusion that may arise if the names in Connect & Salesforce are different. A unified nickname across all platforms will further enhance usability.

Recommendations:
