  • End of Life for Integration with non-iATS Gateways in Canada

    Notice Date: August 25, 2017

    We have partnered with iATS Payments (http://home.iatspayments.com/) for processing the Canadian Dollar. The partnership enables Click & Pledge to offer a consistent platform offering similar features in the US & Canada, such as ACH.

    The transition to iATS Payments started in April 2016 and clients processing C$ have been set up through the new platform ever since. Starting April 2017 we have been contacting all Canadian accounts that are processing through other gateways to start the transition to the new gateways. The following deadlines are important as they will affect using Click & Pledge products in Canada for clients that are not on the iATS platform.
    • All clients currently set up through non-iATS gateway need to apply for a new account at http://clickandpledge.com/signup/canada/ -- The new applications will be set up through the iATS Payments.
    • September 2017 releases: Salesforce updates for PaaS & Event are only available for iATS Payments in Canada. Upgrades with non-iATS Payments gateways will fail.
    • WordPress Connect Plugin: No support will be provided for C$ for non-iATS accounts.
    • All new & future products will no longer support non-iATS accounts.
    • October 1, 2017: Swiper1 will no longer support non-iATS accounts.
    • December 1, 2017: C$ will no longer be processed through non-iATS gateways.
    IMPORTANT NOTE: Organizations may maintain their existing gateways in Canada for all non-Click & Pledge payments. The accounts will be reverted to the gateway’s standard account with no support for Click & Pledge products & services. To ensure processing C$ through Click & Pledge the transition needs to take place prior to December 1, 2017.

    Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but we are working hard to make sure all features are consistent across all platform and the transition helps in unifying all products & features.
