On Sunday, June 11, 2017, we will be updating the Connect & API core platform. A maintenance window has already been announced in regards to this update (see: https://forums.clickandpledge.com/fo...-2017-4-00-a-m)
The new update will replace the existing "System" receipt with a fully customizable receipt that may be changed in the Connect Receipt builder. The following is a small image of what the receipt will look like:

If you are using the Connect receipts for all your campaigns, this update will not make any changes to your designed receipts, but if you are NOT using the custom receipts and are relying on the SYSTEM receipt then the new receipt will replace your receipts.
The new update offers a lot of flexibility on how the receipts may be sent. A new option will be available in the Receipt section allowing for default values to be set:

Through the new feature you will be able to set the following actions:
This update will go live on Sunday June 18, 2017 at 4:00 a.m. ET. A short downtime has already been scheduled given the changes that need to be made to the primary reporting & receipt services.

- Patron Receipt default value
- Internal notification receipt customization with option not to send internal notification
- Setting a different designed receipt for donations coming through a fundraiser
- Sending the fundraiser a notice or a copy of the receipt. Fully customizable receipts may be set to be sent to the fundraiser.
