The legacy mobile website, included in the https://Portal.ClickandPledge.com, will be retired on September 1, 2017. With the introduction of the new Overlay forms in Connect and the responsive design of most of websites, the value for the mobile website in the portal has diminished.
If you are currently using the mobile website please start transitioning to the new overlay forms for your existing website to take advantage of a broader set of features & flexibility.
