New Features:
- Additional ACTIVE state with INVISIBLE status. Through this feature any page may be setup with full feature but only accessible through a QR code. Invisible pages will not appear as tabs in the mobile site.
- Addition of "Payment for" to the QR code generator. Through this feature a QR code may change the label for the payment field as well as the amount dynamically.
- "Payment for" label will post to Salesforce Donor Management as the Item name.
