- Recurring Periodicity SKU: An SKU may be assigned to each recurring period, e.g. Monthly, Quarterly, etc. The SKU will be appended to the Item SKU before the addition of custom question SKU's. The order will be: <Item SKU><Recurring Period SKU><Custom Question 1 SKU><Custom Question 2 SKU>... <Custom Question n SKU>
