  • Announcing Connect 2.0 with new forms & more

    Release Date: October 6, 2016

    We are happy to announce the release of Connect 2.0. The following is a summary of the new features:
    • A brand new management console & UI.
    • Comparative dashboards and reports.
    • Campaign Forms: Campaigns may now have unlimited forms, each with a different design.
    • Customized Receipts: Unlimited number of receipts may be designed and used by each campaign.
    • Uses & Profiles: Unlimited users may be defined, each with a different security profile. Unlimited granular security profiles may be defined for each user or group of users.
    • Customized Fraud Setting: Each campaign may be set up with a different customized fraud setting.
    • Disposable Password: To protect against security flaws associated with passwords, a new OneTouch integration is available through Authy. Using a mobile phone, an approval alert will be sent for each login attempt. Logins may be remembered for 30 days.
    • & lots of new additions to existing features. Explore our help desk for articles, and tips & tricks.

    I tried to log into Click & Pledge this morning and I see it's a new interface. It is not allowing me to login & that's a problem. I've tried the email that I always use to login and I also tried an admin login and nothing works. I need to be able to get into the Donor Direct Action Click & Pledge account. I've attached a screenshot of the error I receive.

      Good day!

      Is this an admin user?

      Only the admin users can login, as it has always been the case. Once logged in you may define other users with different profiles.

      Is this an admin user in the account?

        Good day!

        Please note that the old portal is still active. The users that are not admin still have access to the old portal at https://portal.clickandpledge.com

        Connect has always allowed admins only and now the admins can define users with different profiles to access it as well.

          It's the only login I have. I've been working with DDA for 3 years and I'm the only person using it. How do we rectify this?

            I just logged into the old portal. My email is the one affiliated with the account, but I still cannot login to Connect.

                      Can you please tell me how long you will continue to support the legacy portal? We use some functionality like ticket sales on that site that I can't seem to find a way to do on your new site. If that functionality does exist on Connect 2.0, can you tell me where to find instructions on how to set them up? Thank you.

                        Currently the feature you are using is not available in Connect. Portal will stay active a year after all features are available in Connect. So for now there is no plan to retire it. Once we have all features in Connect we will wait for a year making sure all clients have ported their pages. This is always a slow process. So nothing to worry.

                          How can I update the Donation Amount levels and labels in the Form Builder and in the Payment Widgets? That used to be an option in the Payment Widget but I'm no longer seeing it
