  • Announcing Salesforce Event Management Release 4.4005

    Release Date: September 9, 2016
    Version #: 4.4005

    Free Upgrade:
    • Free upgrade service is available and may be requested by submitting the request to: https://forums.clickandpledge.com/fo...ade-assistance
    • Please make sure we have access to your account & also post your Salesforce Organization ID with the post. Instructions are provided at the top of this page.
    New Features:Enhancements:
    • Addition of “deprecated” label to a few deprecated fields. These fields will be deleted in a future release.
    • Internal Note is now available for editing for the “Registrant”.
    • Inclusion of the “Internal Notes” text to the reports.
    • Addition of “Remaining Inventory” to the listing of all events grid.
    Bug Fixes:
    • Resolving an issue with C&P Temporary Contact when an attendee was part of a declined credit card registration that was tried a second time with authorization.
    • Resolving an issue with discount code inventory not being calculated correctly after 1000 registrations. Reported: https://forums.clickandpledge.com/fo...tory-incorrect
    • Addition of a work-around for a Chrome bug. When the credit card auto-complete is used in Chrome 51, 52, or 53 the browser updates the quantity field with the credit card expiration month. This only occurs with anonymous events with more than 2 levels. See: https://forums.clickandpledge.com/fo...s-instead-of-2
    • Updating the email validation rules to allow the + sign in the email address.
    • The listing annotation was not updated correctly in some instances.
    • Resolved an issue with the listing page of events when the total number of displayed events was exceeding 1000.
    Behavior Change:
    • Yahoo Calendar has been removed from the “Add to Calendar” widget due to its inconsistent behavior. The problem is with the Date & Time that does not follow the set time zone as set in the Calendar. While the same ICS file shows correctly in Outlook and Google Calendar it fails to follow the standard format in Yahoo. To avoid confusion, the Yahoo Calendar icon has been removed from the “Add to Calendar” widget. See a sample of reports by others in various forums & Yahoo support: http://cnp.mn/2cz0nwZ
