Release 3.51.2: Adding Salesforce Login and minor update

New Features:

• Salesforce Login: Upon activation of Salesforce a new menu will be displayed in the administrative portal labeled "Salesforce Login" which will open a new tab to the Salesforce Login page.

Bug Fixes:

• Salesforce export was generating error in case of malformed emails. Import into Salesforce was failing if an email address was not formed correctly. The new report fixes any malformed entries prior to generating the export file so the import into Salesforce can operate correctly.
• Salesforce could not be disabled once enabled. Connection verification will not be performed once the enabled box is unchecked.
